For employers, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is the Federal law that covers the use of background checks for employment purposes. Surprisingly many employers are not familiar or vaguely familiar with the FCRA. Failure to comply with the FCRA can mean class-action lawsuits with potential damages in the millions. Won Background Investigations LLC holds the FCRA Advanced Certification through NAPBS (National Association of Professional Background Screeners). We strive to help our clients stay compliant with the FCRA and have the knowledge and tools to help them do so.

Ease of Use

Wons Background Investigations LLC offers a user-friendly confidential online system. To order a background check, just enter the candidates name and email address and you’re done! The candidate receives an email directing them to a secure server where they will provide the information needed to perform the background check. They will also electronically receive (and sign) the acknowledgement and disclosure form to give consent (required by the FCRA). Our clients are alerted by email once the background check has been completed. Then simply log on and view the results. We can design background checks to meet any requirement or budget.
